The area is divided into grassy terraces surrounded by various types of plants, mainly sunny but with some shady parts. All pitches can be connected to electricity (220 volts, 500 watts, 5 amps).

The reception area houses a bar, a grocery shop, 3 bedsitters with 4 beds, kitchenette and private bathroom and a further6 beds divided into 3 double rooms like a dormitory.
